Dear Valued Customers,

As COVID-19 is becoming increasingly prevalent I want to provide you with an update and ensure that we are as transparent as possible during this time.

For the health of our customers, ATI staff and their families, we have implemented the following guidelines:

When providing Services:

  • Do not to meet with anyone who has any cold symptoms or if you yourself have cold symptoms.
  • If your consumer, client or professional is in the high risk category (over 60 years of age, with underlying health conditions including include heart disease, lung disease, or diabetes, with weakened immune systems, or who are pregnant) discuss their elevated risk and consider postponing services.
  • Wash your hands or use sanitizer before and after providing services.
  • When providing services at a location other than ATI, use hand sanitizer upon entry and exit of the training location.
  • Wipe down any equipment, including writing utensils, that are used during the assessment or training, including any that is brought into or taken out of the training location.

Knowing that cold and flu viruses can survive up to 72 hours on solid surfaces, ATI follows strict cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing policies for devices in our lending and demonstration libraries, as well as equipment sold through our storefront MarketPlace.

Status of our Services:

Individualized In-Person Activities: Continuing to be offered to anyone who has not knowingly been exposed to COVID-19. These services include:

  • Assessments and Trainings
  • Short Term Device Loans
  • Device Demonstrations
  • Equipment Delivery and Setup

Group Activities: On hold, per CDC recommendations.

Distance Activities: Continuing as normal.

We will regularly evaluate the extent that we can continue providing our services. Please check back for updates.

Thank you for your patience.
Laurie Brooks, President
