What is a device demonstration?
Device demonstrations let you compare different Assistive Technology (AT) devices to see which one suits you best. You can attend these demos in person or remotely if you have the technology at home. By participating, you’ll learn all about the devices’ features and how they work, helping you decide if any of them could be useful for you.

Independence is Priceless
- Do you experience difficulties UNDERSTANDING the grandkids? Explore personal amplification systems or amplified telephones and once again participate in conversations.
- Does arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, or a hand injury make it difficult to complete computer tasks? Perhaps a more “hand friendly” keyboard or mouse, or voice recognition program will allow you to maintain successful employment.
- Experiencing difficulties from age related macular degeneration (AMD), glaucoma, or retinopathy? Explore handheld magnifiers, electronic styles, or magnification software and learn if these are the solution to maintain your independence.
- Do you find organizational and time management tasks daunting? Perhaps you are ready to explore solutions to enable you to take control of your daily schedule.
These are just a few of the questions you will learn answers to by visiting one of ATI’s Device Demonstration Centers.
